Service Advisor – Worthing £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus) 1 in 3 Saturdays An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Worthing. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements. Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process. Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently. Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments. Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mentality. Full UK driving licence preferred.
