German Speaking Customer Service Salary: £30,000 Benefits:

Permanent Our Client a Global market leader, a reputable well-known brand have an exciting opportunity for Customer Services in their German marketplace You will contribute to supporting in all aspects of the customer services procided This role requires a German Speaker and would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous Business or HR degree would work really well for this opportunity but not essential.

Responsibilities:

- Looking after the Internal Recruitment across office in Germany Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email and face-to-face, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience. Confident in handling customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly and managing complaints with empathy while maintaining a positive customer journey. Skilled in processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring accurate, timely completion of all administrative tasks.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail. A proactive and personable team player who builds strong customer relationships, consistently achieves service standards and contributes to improving customer satisfaction. Attributes:
