Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and providing technical product support. Additionally, the successful candidate will offer training and mentorship to other team members, enhancing our overall service quality. Day-to-day of the role:
Customer Interaction :
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information on stock availability, order status, and tracking. Enter orders accurately into the ERP system and maintain proactive communication with customers. Technical Support :
Maintain up-to-date technical product knowledge to assist customers and colleagues effectively. Process Improvement :
Regularly review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Identify and address operational inefficiencies that impact customer satisfaction. Team Leadership :
Support and develop the Customer Service team through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Ensure team coverage meets customer and business needs. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in a technical customer service role within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably IFS. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strong technical or mechanical background. Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively resolve customer issues. Desirable:
