Customer Services Manager Stevenage | £30,000 - £36,000 | Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:

8:30am - 5:00pm We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager to lead our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities Manage, train, and support the customer service team. Set and monitor KPIs and team performance. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved. Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues. Develop and maintain customer service procedures and processes. Manage team holidays and departmental resources. Keep customer service systems and processes up to date. About You Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team.
