Commercial Team Leader

Huntswood is looking for an experienced Team Leader with financial services experience to join an exciting project for the commercial section of a leading financial services company. If you have excellent communication skills, experience leading a team of customer service professional and a passion for providing an excellent service, then we have a great role for you. This role will involve leading a team who are using telephone, chat and email you will be responsible for proactively supporting clients in their transition to several migrations including product or payment service changes.

Using you team leading experience you will manage the team to make sure they are preforming to their targets, coach any team member when required and also deal with absences. Working in the client's largest campus, this office has recently been refurbished and provides a collaborative working environment to help you achieve what you need to in your working day, all in the beauty of the cheshire countryside.

Start Date:

7th September 2026 Day Rate: £237 a day

Location:

Knutsford
- Full time in office for first 1 week for training, moving to hybrid 1 day a month after training.

Working hours:

Shifts between Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm - 35 hours p/w What Huntswood can offer:
