Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor My client is a leading and well-established organisation who specialise within manufacturing blinds. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Magherafelt. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position with hybrid working available after probation.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) - days will be operated on a rotational basis between 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm. With a salary of £24,784 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers regarding their products and assisting in finding the best solution for them.

Essential Criteria : 1+ years experience in a customer service or similar role. IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and live chat. Support customers through the order process, including orders, fabric samples, and spare parts. Maintain strong product knowledge and explain technical blind-related information confidently. Share common customer feedback or recurring issues with the Team Leader. Deliver a first-class customer experience aligned with the brand. Manage daily workload effectively and stay organised.
