Structural​/Civil Engineer

Your new role As a Structural Civil Design Engineer, you will join a well-established technical team responsible for the design and development of precast concrete solutions.

You will play a key role in delivering design outputs for a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

Designed fibre-reinforced precast concrete elements and assessed structural performance. Supported research projects, grant applications, manufacturing, and structural testing. Conducted concrete testing, analysed fibre effects on strength and cracking, and reported findings. Specified testing equipment to improve data collection and monitoring. Developed Finite Element Models for non-linear analysis of fibre-reinforced concrete. Automated structural calculations to improve design efficiency and reduce costs. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, the candidate must have:
Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil or Structural Engineering Understanding of structural analysis software such as LUSAS, ANSYS or similar
