Management Accountant

New Role:
Senior Accountant A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a professional services environment.

This role offers broad exposure across Management Accounting, financial management, statutory reporting, and project-based accounting, working closely with senior leadership and multiple key stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Strong ability to build close working relationships with Senior Management, COO, and departmental heads. Proven experience managing cash functions including banking, reconciliations, multi-currency transactions, and opening new accounts. Experience preparing project budgets, cash flows, NI spend reports, audit & economic impact reporting, and other financial documentation.

Strong month-end and year-end processing skills. Ability to prepare statutory accounts, audit files, and corporation tax returns. Competence with expenses systems and ensuring timely staff reimbursements. Experience preparing VAT returns, DETI returns, and other statutory filings. Strong analytical skills to review, approve, and finalise cost reports. Experience running weekly domestic and international payment runs, and supervising petty cash processes. Knowledge of intercompany transactions, project recoveries, and invoicing.

Ability to design management accounts and turnover projections in consultation with senior leadership. A flexible approach with the ability to manage ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
