Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Producing board-level reporting and executive presentations Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processes Supporting commercial performance reviews and KPI development Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks Supporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projects Providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders The Candidate We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and can confidently influence senior stakeholders.

You will ideally possess: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement What's on Offer?
