Permanent Accounts Assistant / Administrator, Carrickfergus Generous Package & Benefits We are working with a successful NI business who are seeking to appoint Blackfox Solutions are delighted to be working with a successful manufacturer and supplier of products to the construction markets to recruit for their new permanent Accounts Assistant / Administrator, 9:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 9:00 16:00 paying between £27,000 £ 32,000.

Roles and Responsibilities Maintain subcontractor records, ensuring bank and CIS details are current before payments are processed. Process sterling and euro invoices through Construct and Sage 200, ensuring CIS, RCT and VAT compliance. Work with the commercial team to ensure subcontractors are paid on time and in line with contract terms. Submit monthly CIS returns to HMRC and RCT returns to Revenue Commissioners.

Reconcile sterling and euro cash flows and bank accounts. Reconcile UK and Irish subcontractor tax in line with legislation before payments are made. Submit UK, Irish and overseas VAT returns, statistical forms and TSS returns. What we are looking for 2  years accounts experience in a similar role Sound level of communication skills Confident IT skills to include Excel
