  • Proven experience in HR advising, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in handling employee relations and HR processes
• What you'll do
  • Provide confidential HR support across all functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and HR projects
  • Support learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and facilitating onboarding programmes
  • Manage employee engagement activities, including surveys, awards, and recognition schemes
  • Assist in recruitment activities and conduct disciplinary, grievance, and capability meetings as necessary
