Security clearance: CTC after successful recruitment

• Maintain a welcoming environment, completing daily cleaning tasks
• Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service
• Keep teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow all cleaning specifications, SOPs, daily schedules, and site‑specific security procedures
• Work safely by adhering to all Health & Safety, COSHH, and emergency procedures
• Maintain and use cleaning equipment correctly, reporting faults and ensuring safe storage at all times
• Keep cleaning stores tidy, organised and compliant with security and safety requirements
• Attend required training to maintain high standards and support continual contract improvement
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and visitors to deliver exceptional customer service

• Team player with good spoken and written communication skills
• Experience working within a professional cleaning environment, ideally as part of a team
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards, compliance and safe systems of work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and Health & Safety/COSHH guidelines accurately
• Good attention to detail, personal presentation and adherence to uniform standards
• Reliability, flexibility and willingness to work out‑of‑hours when required
• Proactive attitude towards identifying hazards, reporting issues and improving service quality
