Combined Facilities Management (CFM) is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Northern Ireland to lead the B&R QS team and oversee commercial performance across projects, including low carbon and net zero initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure contractual compliance, manage budgets and cashflow, and deliver timely WIP/CVR reporting while maintaining HSQE standards and fostering client relationships.
