Weigh Room Operators - Maherafelt

First Choice Selection Services is currently recruiting Weigh Room Operators for a busy food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Magherafelt Pay Rate: £14 P/H

Night Shift Positions Available (Sunday Night Friday Morning)

? 2 Vacancies Start Time 6:00pm-2:00am

? 1 Vacancy Start Time 9:00pm-5:00am

Temporary position for minimum 3 months with the opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance and attendance

Key Responsibilities

? Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients in line with recipes and production requirements

? Follow standard operating procedures, recipes, and bakery systems precisely

? Label, stage, and prepare ingredients for production teams

? Complete all weighing activities in the correct sequence to prevent errors and cross-contamination

? Record ingredient usage and batch information accurately

? Maintain full traceability through paperwork and system records

? Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control procedures

? Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the weigh room

? Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling requirements

? Work closely with production teams to ensure efficient workflow

• Previous food production, food manufacturing, bakery, or factory experience
• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
