Job Summary Genesis Bakery has been producing high-quality baked goods since 1968 and supplies customers throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK. Our products are enjoyed in hundreds of stores every day, and we are proud of the people who make this possible. Due to continued growth we require washroom/hygiene staff for a busy bakery based in Magherafelt working Day Shift - various start times.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Keep bakery equipment, utensils, trays and racks clean and ready for production. Carry out routine and deep cleaning of machinery, work areas and bakery facilities. Maintain clean, safe and tidy production and packing areas. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all hygiene, safety and COSHH procedures. Complete cleaning records accurately and on time. Support waste removal and general housekeeping across the bakery.
Take part in training and assist with other duties as required. Join our Hygiene Team and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and quality in our busy bakery environment.
Essential Criteria Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Criteria Experience working as an industrial cleaner in a manufacturing and/or food environment. Availability to start immediately. Working pattern:
Day Shift - various start times. Plus rotational weekend week as required.
