Junior Marketing Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: FLAMINGO BUSINESS & MARKETING SOLUTIONSWe’re looking for a creative, driven and detail-focused Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, strong organisation skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support the wider marketing team across digital campaigns, content creation, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to bring our brand to life and deliver engaging experiences for our audience.

• Supporting the team with the creation and implementation of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across client accounts.
• Brainstorming, research and planning.
• Supporting and managing advertising campaigns and strategies - which include digital, outdoor, email etc.
• Create copy and content for social media campaigns and proofing copy.
• The ability to use design software to create graphics is desirable but not essential.
• Plan and populate the email marketing calendar and co‑ordinate with other online and offline activities.
• Assisting on‑site client work such as planning events and promotional activity.
• You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.

• Applicants will require GCSEs with Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent marketing qualification.
• Must be a strong communicator with experience of influencing and engaging others. Managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok.
• Graphic design, excellent IT knowledge and proven customer engagement.
• Ideally this role will suit a graduate, however experience in a similar marketing role is invited to apply as full training is provided.
• Previous experience in an administrative marketing or digital marketing role is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible with own car and full clean driving licence.
