Deputy Nurse Manager Magherafelt, Northern Ireland 37.5 hours per week | Full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Ready to take the next step in your nursing career? The Role Working closely with the Nurse Manager, youll play a key role in leading the nursing team and maintaining the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and leading the nursing team on a day-to-day basis Providing clinical guidance, mentorship and support to nursing staff Helping maintain excellent standards of care, compliance and clinical governance Completing audits and supporting health & safety and regulatory requirements Contributing to effective care planning and person-centred care Supporting staffing, rota management and team training Building strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals Supporting the Nurse Manager with the smooth running of the service Taking responsibility for the service in the Nurse Managers absence when required What were looking for Youll be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and ideally have:
At least 2 years senior nursing experience

Experience with in a care home or similar healthcare environment Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities The confidence to balance clinical responsibilities with management duties A genuine passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care Your next career move starts here.
