Clinical Lead Nurse Magherafelt £47,138 per annum | £24.50 per hour | Full-Time | Days Only Are you an experienced nurse ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse in Magherafelt, offering an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong and motivated nurse to take on a leadership role within a care home setting.
This is a full-time position offering 37 hours per week, day shifts only, with a varied working pattern that includes 2 shifts in the office and 2 shifts on the floor, allowing you to balance clinical leadership and hands-on support for the nursing team.
The Role As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of resident care, supporting the nursing team and ensuring clinical practices meet regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff. Promoting high-quality, safe and person-centred care. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure residents' needs are met. Supporting medication management and maintaining clinical oversight. Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards. Participating in audits, risk assessments and quality improvement initiatives. Mentoring and supporting staff development. Working collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
Current NMC registration with a valid PIN. Registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD. At least one year's post-registration nursing experience. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities. A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding, resident-focused care. Previous senior nursing or leadership experience would be advantageous. What's on Offer? £47,138 per annum (£24.50 per hour). 37 hours per week.
