• Driving sales and results – identify opportunities to increase store contribution, ensure store layout meets high standards and analyse reports.
• Customer service and reputation – provide world‑class shopping experience, motivate the team, and encourage upselling across all areas of the store.
• Controlling costs and budgets – manage payroll and drive team productivity.
• KPI reporting – track and deliver key performance indicators.
• Store management experience – previous senior management role required.
• Trends, styles and VM – keep up to date with latest trends and visually execute store layout to drive footfall and sales.
• Coaching and development – build an experienced, high‑performing team; coach, train, and develop staff for business and personal growth.

This ideal candidate will have worked across fashion, footwear, or accessories, managed a high team and turnover, be passionate about fashion retail, and be keen to manage a flagship store.
