Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing an outstanding buying experience. Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance options. Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives. Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential. A confident, motivated and target-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service focus. Well-presented with a professional attitude. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer £25,000 basic salary. Realistic OTE of £50,000.
