Role Overview Peden Power Ltd is a dynamic, growing business supplying a comprehensive range of construction and industrial equipment across the UK and Ireland. We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Magherafelt location. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the point of contact for internal sales enquiries, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable responses to customer requests.

-Build and maintain strong, relationships with existing customers.

-Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

-Provide administrative and operational support to area sales managers in the field, ensuring seamless coordination between office based and on the road operations.

-Maintain accurate sales records, prepare detailed quotations, and process orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines. Qualifications and Experience
-Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role is preferred; however, full training and development support will be provided.

-Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

-Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

-Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
