Children's Senior Social Worker- CP

Our Client, a Yorkshire council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their CP Team. Fantastic payrate of £35 per hour! Are you a Children's Social Worker, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity! Responsibilities of this role:
Managing cases from referral to closure, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Completing Child and Family Assessments to identify needs, risks, and appropriate support plans. Managing and reviewing Child in Need and Child Protection plans. Undertaking comprehensive Pre-Birth Assessments and planning interventions to safeguard unborn children. Progressing cases through the Public Law Outline (PLO) process where threshold is met. Preparing evidence-based assessments, court statements, and reports for legal proceedings.

Initiating and managing care proceedings in partnership with legal services and multi-agency professionals. Chairing and participating in professional meetings, strategy discussions, and legal planning meetings as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case recordings in accordance with statutory requirements and organisational standards. Working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
