Join a leading financial services technology company as an Azure Dev Ops Engineer in a hybrid role supporting enterprise‑scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD operations. You'll be part of a 12‑person Dev Ops team responsible for managing Azure cloud environments that process millions of transactions daily.
This role combines infrastructure automation, pipeline engineering, and platform reliability work, supporting development teams across multiple business units. Based in Salt Lake City, UT, this position offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Dev Ops, cloud engineering, or related infrastructure roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture
- Expertise building and maintaining Azure Dev Ops pipelines for CI/CD
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Proficiency with containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Python, or Bash
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Understanding of networking concepts including VNets, subnets, load balancers, and application gateways
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be local to Salt Lake City, UT area for hybrid work arrangement
- Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Helm chart development and management experience
- Experience with Git Ops workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
- Azure security services experience (Key Vault, Managed Identities, Azure AD)
- Monitoring and observability platform experience (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with policy as code using Azure Policy or OPA
- Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd)
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SOC
2) - Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Database administration knowledge (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
- API gateway and API management experience
- Agile methodology experience
