Included are annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be awarded in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on two key responsibilities: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features that meet customer needs.
