JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Field/Printer Technician will trouble shoot and resolve printer hardware equipment problems
- Experience in servicing Ricoh printers/copiers
- Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
- Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
- Customer Service oriented
- Must have Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation
The compensation for this position is in the range of $55k-$65k annually + other perks and great benefits for this direct-hire opportunity.
