Updike Distribution Logistics is a driver-friendly regional carrier serving Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. We offer CPM pay with an eligible mileage bonus, hourly pay where applicable, and per-stop compensation, plus layover and detention pay to reward consistent on-time performance.
Orientation pays $150, and after 90 days employees gain health, dental and vision coverage, 401k match up to 6%, PTO, holiday pay, and vacation accrual.
