Schedule: Monday–Friday (Days) with occasional on-call responsibilities

As a CNA/Driver
, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces new residents see when arriving from the hospital. Your compassion and professionalism will set the tone for their experience with us.

Primary Duties:

• Safely transport residents to and from hospitals, dialysis centers, and appointments
• Greet new admissions and assist them in transitioning into our care
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, inside and out
• Perform routine safety checks and report any maintenance needs

Additional Duties:

• Schedule and track vehicle maintenance
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents’ families
• Assist with CNA duties as needed during downtime
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Current CNA license (Required)
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (Preferred)
