Charge Nurse Responsibilities:

Your primary role as the Charge Nurse is to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained, and as the Charge Nurse, you will be delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for your assigned duties.
