APEX Communications is Arkansas’ largest AT&T Authorized Retailer with 30 locations across Arkansas and Oklahoma. We are focused on giving customers the best shopping experience through our team members and their growth and well-being.
Responsibilities- Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
- Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
- Become product and solutions expert and able to help all customers with wireless service plans, wireless devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
- Handling customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
- Soliciting, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in community events.
- Performing other duties as assigned by sales management.
- Participating as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members.
- Setting an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED. (2-year associate degree is preferred)
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Strong communications skills.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Team players with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
- Strong base-pay with uncapped commissions on every sale.
