Responsibilities- Apply one‑on‑one ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential, reading treatment plans, implementing treatment, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and incorporating supervisor feedback.
- Support early childhood development (18 months‑8 years) through engaging, fun therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a positive working environment.
- Engage children through play, movement, and imitation, fostering a joyful atmosphere.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for needs.
- Lift and move up to 30 lbs; bend, squat, run, and balance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain tidy, organized play spaces conducive to therapy.
- Multitask across activities and conversations prioritizing safety.
- Support teams across centers; travel to nearby locations may be required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Complete RBT certification within 20 days of employment (40‑hour curriculum, competency assessment, exam).
- Guaranteed full‑time hours, even if patients cancel.
- Promotions and raises every 6 months with transparent feedback.

- Bachelor: $15.00 – $24.00
- Master: $16.00 – $26.00
- Childcare roles (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor).
- Mental health professionals and advocates (QMHP, behavioral health technicians).
- Camp counselors, volunteers, Sunday school teachers.
- Degrees in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields.
- Experience as paraprofessionals, direct support, or life skills assistants.
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
