You’ll assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. • Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

• Must be 18 years old
• High School Diploma
• Hold an active TX General Lines Insurance License
• 1-2 years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• 1-2 years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience
• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

• 2+ years Home and Auto Insurance Sales Experience
• 2+ years Outside Sales/Marketing Experience
• Base Salary: $20-25K annually (
  * determined by years of experience, education and certifications.)
• Average 1st year total earnings range from $55K-$70K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $65-80K+
