Job Description

SHIPPING/RECEIVING SUPERVISOR position available at an ~40,000sf non‑climate controlled manufacturing warehouse with approximately 30 employees producing polyurethane parts from raw materials. Responsible for supervising daily operations of the parts trimming department, collaborating with QC & Machining, Shipping and Receiving, and maintaining parts and consumable inventories. Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate outbound customer shipments and receiving inbound vendor materials while supervising a team of 10 employees or fewer.

Must complete all delegated work accurately, efficiently, and timely.

• Supervise 10 or fewer employees within the Shipping/Receiving department.
• Assign work to Parts Trimmers and Shipping/Receiving departments as needed.
• Assist in ensuring parts move through all Shipping/Receiving departments efficiently; machine shop, trimming, QC.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments to customers.
• Review shipping schedules/due dates to ensure deadlines are met.
• Count, label, and package parts securely for shipments.
• Count, verify, and inspect incoming shipments from vendors.
• Distribute received materials to appropriate departments in the warehouse.
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory, shipping supplies, and other warehouse supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Enforce and follow safety policies.

• 2+ years shipping and receiving experience.
• 2+ years supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, stand, stoop, bend for 8–10 hours/day.
• Must be able to work in a non‑climate controlled warehouse.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Good communication.
• Follow company guidelines & procedures.
• Attentive to detail.
• Excellent attendance a must.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening.

Monday–Thursday: 6:45 am–5:30 pm
Friday:
As needed – Must be available to work Friday
30‑minute lunch and two 15‑minute breaks at 10:00 am & 3:00 pm
40 hrs – Plus potential overtime
