Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Magnolia, TX. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, developing relationships, and understanding their needs to provide customized solutions. Daily responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating quick move in homes, consulting with clients to recommend suitable options, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent service and successful client interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients, develop relationships, and understand their needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate quick move-in homes to clients.
  • Consult with clients to recommend suitable options and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales goals and collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent service and successful client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Entry level Sales
  • Experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate or housing industry is a plus
