ATeam Home Services is looking for two hardworking, reliable Insulation Installers to join our growing team! In this hands‑on role, you'll install blown‑in insulation, batt insulation, and radiant barriers in residential attics across the area. If you're physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and want consistent, year‑round work with a supportive crew, we want to hear from you. Previous attic experience is preferred, but we'll train the right candidates who are eager to learn!

• Install blown-in insulation, batt insulation, and radiant barrier foil in residential attics.
• Safely access and work in tight, confined, and elevated attic spaces.
• Operate insulation blowing machines, hand tools, and cutting tools.
• Seal air leaks and install vapor barriers per project requirements.
• Load and unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and damage-free.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (gloves, masks, respirators, coveralls, etc.).
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with crew leaders and homeowners.
• Document completed work as needed (photos, notes, job forms).
• Assist with equipment maintenance and daily job preparation.

• Prior attic work experience is strongly preferred but not required – we will train the right person.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot, dusty, and cramped attic spaces.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in homes with limited accessibility.
• Must have reliable transportation to the branch or job sites.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction safety standards.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
