We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Test Technician to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of innovative products. You will own the testing process from initial evaluation to final validation, working closely with engineering and development teams to deliver products that exceed expectations.

• Design and implement detailed test plans, including protocols, pass/fail criteria, and data collection methods.
• Conduct hands‑on product testing using lab equipment to validate functionality, usability, and durability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to report findings and recommend improvements.
• Document testing procedures, results, and recommendations clearly for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Strong technical mindset with a passion for hands‑on testing and tinkering.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and familiarity with data interpretation.
• Excellent written communication for documenting test plans and results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with testing tools such as data loggers, Arduino, and Python is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred (not essential).
