We’re a growing medical device company developing innovative mechanical and disposable products that make a real impact on patient care. We’re looking for an early-career Product Development Engineer—someone curious, hands‑on, and eager to learn—who wants to build a strong foundation in medical device development.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or engineer with 1–2 years of experience (including internships or co‑ops) to work closely with experienced engineers and contribute across the full product development lifecycle.

• Support the design, development, and testing of disposable and mechanical medical devices
• Assist with CAD design (Solid Works preferred), including tolerances, specifications, and DFM/DFA considerations
• Help plan and execute prototype builds, verification, and validation testing
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and external vendors
• Provide technical support for regulatory submissions and product transfers
• Support existing products with quality improvements, cost reduction, and supply continuity
• Participate in design controls and documentation within FDA and ISO 13485 environments

• BS in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience (internships, co‑ops, or project‑based experience welcome)
• Proficiency or working knowledge of Solid Works or similar CAD tools
• Understanding of DFM/DFA principles
• Exposure to plastics, injection molding, or medical device materials is a plus
• Familiarity with design controls, validation, or regulated product development is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
