Own the end‑to‑end launch of innovative consumer hardware — from first concept to in‑market success. You’ll be the central connector across engineering, design, and business, turning ambiguity into aligned plans and on‑time delivery.

• Define clear product requirements and translate complex technical challenges into action for cross‑functional teams
• Drive schedules from early concept through production and launch; keep milestones on track against internal goals and retailer timelines
• Surface risks early, communicate trade‑offs to senior stakeholders, and keep global teams aligned with crisp status updates
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure solutions meet feasibility, quality, and business needs in a fast‑paced environment

• 3+ years in project management or engineering (consumer products/hardware/plastics preferred)
• Strong technical foundation (engineering principles, manufacturing processes, product constraints)
• Clear communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences; confident presenting to leadership
• Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD familiarity (Solid Works or CREO) is a plus
• Proactive, hands‑on, adaptable, and highly collaborative
