We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong PMO capabilities to lead project governance, coordination, and reporting in alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for executive-level reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Track daily execution of project deliverables and support requirements gathering.
  • Ensure alignment of objectives and tasks across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, testers, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and report project metrics.
  • Create advanced Excel reports including pivot tables, charts, and macros.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
  • Manage project scope, cost, and time (triple constraint).
  • Perform risk and issue management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project governance and compliance, with adherence to PMO standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Charts).
  • 5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting.
  • Strong skills in project coordination, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in risk and issue management.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in budget and cost management.
  • Knowledge of change management practices.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
