We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong PMO capabilities to lead project governance, coordination, and reporting in alignment with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for executive-level reporting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
- Track daily execution of project deliverables and support requirements gathering.
- Ensure alignment of objectives and tasks across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, testers, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Collect, analyze, and report project metrics.
- Create advanced Excel reports including pivot tables, charts, and macros.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Manage project scope, cost, and time (triple constraint).
- Perform risk and issue management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- 8+ years of experience in project governance and compliance, with adherence to PMO standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Charts).
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting.
- Strong skills in project coordination, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in risk and issue management.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in budget and cost management.
- Knowledge of change management practices.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
