We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Programmer Analyst to oversee governance, operations, and enhancements across Microsoft 365, Service Now, Rubrik, and related platforms.

This role focuses on maintaining service excellence, driving automation, and ensuring compliance with data sensitivity and retention policies.

The position involves strategic planning, risk management, and disaster recovery to ensure continuity and resilience.

• Lead service monitoring and governance reviews.
• Manage ITSM operations including Incident, Request, and Problem Management via Service Now.
• Conduct quarterly ITSM reviews to assess process gaps and ticket accuracy.
• Oversee reporting activities for service improvements and compliance using Service Now and MS Purview.

• Maintain optimal configuration of M365 security components.
• Identify and implement improvements for data sensitivity and retention policies.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.

• Support new M365 services and releases; manage change orders.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., license requests, Co-Pilot updates).

• Develop and update training modules and reference materials.
• Translate training content into multiple languages in collaboration with global teams.
• Provide quarterly updates to FAQs and job aids.

• Manage backup and retention for SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and One Drive.
• Optimize Rubrik configurations and coordinate incident support.
• Define thresholds for restore volumes and alert resolution processes.
• Develop automated dashboards for M365 health monitoring.
• Conduct annual dashboard reviews and updates.

• Update SharePoint Administrator training using eLearning tools.
• Support future projects related to encryption, extended retention, and compliance monitoring.

• 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Hands-on experience with M365, Service Now, Rubrik, and data governance tools (e.g., Purview).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and reporting automation (Power BI, Power Shell, Azure).
• Familiarity with RBAC, Azure Active Directory, and Synapse environments.

• Experience managing training programs and multilingual content delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of data classification, retention, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
