The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements to support the successful optimization of Service Now solutions. This role involves working closely with the platform team to gather and document platform processes, platform capability and integrations, business needs, story creation and grooming, documenting test cases, and collaborating with necessary stakeholder teams.
