Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Crew Leader in epoxy coatings, based in Mahwah, NJ. The Crew Leader will oversee and manage all aspects of epoxy coating projects, ensuring the proper preparation of surfaces and application processes. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring the timely completion of projects, maintaining quality control, and enforcing safety protocols. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients are integral to this role.
Qualifications- Knowledge of epoxy coatings, surface preparation, and application techniques
- Leadership skills including team collaboration, task delegation, and conflict resolution
- Experience with safety protocols and workplace safety practices
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills to professionally interact with team members and clients
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure project quality
- Prior experience in construction, flooring, or a related industry is a plus
