LOCATION:
Farmacy HQ in Mahwah, NJ (1300 Mac Arthur Blvd; ~45mins outside of NYC). Hybrid, in-person 2 days per week on a set schedule (currently Wednesday and Thursday) and ad hoc as needed.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time, exempt.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll assist in the development of new skincare products from ideation to execution. You’ll manage day-to-day project tracking + close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Creative, and Regulatory teams to move projects forward. This opportunity is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented product developer with strong communication skills who has a clear understanding of development milestones, formula evaluation experience, and well versed in beauty/skincare competitive landscape.
You will report to the Director of Product Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years of professional Product Development/ relevant experience
- Experience in Beauty industry (skincare) is a must
- Thrive in a start-up environment with an all-hands-on-deck positive attitude
- Able to reliably commute to the Mahwah, NJ office minimum 2 days per week + ad hoc as needed.
- Estimated Salary Range: $71,000 - 89,000 per year (pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
