Sales Representative – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions

Join a dynamic sales team developing and managing an assigned territory to implement clients’ marketing plans. The role requires a competitive drive, exceptional sales ability, clinical training, and sound judgment to educate and support healthcare providers.

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory based on each client’s needs.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years Business-to-Business (B2B) or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• Ability to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Sales aptitude.
• Must live within the assigned territory or within its boundaries.

• Track record of success with outside sales experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $72,000, with potential commissions/bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
