Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive – Acrisure

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Associate Account Executive to join our growing East Division team. The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for policy maintenance and service of client accounts. The position provides prompt, accurate, and courteous support service to clients and coworkers and can be done remotely once fully trained.

• Check policy for accuracy and handle corrections according to agency guidelines.
• Manage the change request and endorsement process.
• As secondary contact, receive, review and document client and insurer correspondence in the agency management system.
• Review daily follow‑up list and take appropriate action.
• Prepare certificates of insurance.
• Act as primary back‑up for Account Manager, handling immediate service needs as capable.
• Prepare renewal exposure requests.
• Prepare draft proposals and renewal documents.
• Prepare evidence and proofs of coverage and forward to appropriate parties.
• Prepare loss summaries.
• Prepare applications for re‑marketing and quote with different carriers.

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize and be proactive.
• Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
• Reasoning skills: ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation range is $22 – $30.

Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
