Job Position DescriptionWith a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following Puro Clean production guidelines, ensuring all customer needs are met in a kind, sympathetic manner. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets. Technicians pride themselves on going above and beyond customer expectations to provide a world‑class level of service that sets us apart from competitors.
Responsibilities- Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand.
- Effectively performing all aspects of the production processes.
- Maintaining regular vehicle and equipment upkeep and organization.
- Working with direct supervisors to ensure the team is unified and efficient.
- Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide.
- Leaving jobsites clean and orderly.
- Developing production expertise through providing services.
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard.
- Ensuring clear communication with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians.
- Willingness for continued learning and growth.
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
- Aptitude for record keeping, recording information, and communicating effectively.
- Awareness and respect for safety, with caution toward teammates and customers.
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and remain on feet for prolonged periods.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
