Multi-Sport Coach

Overview

TGA is committed to nurturing young athletes by providing engaging sports programs directly in schools and communities. Our goal is to teach kids the fundamentals of sports while encouraging character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Multi‑Sport Coach. The role involves teaching basics and fundamentals of a variety of sports to children ages 5‑14, emphasizing skill development, enjoyment and safety.

• Teach basics and fundamentals of multiple sports to children ages 5‑14.
• Deliver interactive, fun, and safe lessons that incorporate education and safety.
• Foster a love for sports and promote teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Ensure a positive learning environment for all participants.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability during after‑school hours (2:30 PM and later).
• Reliable transportation.
• Love for working with children and a positive attitude.
• Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment.
• High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative.
• Comfortable communicating with children and parents.
• Willingness to commit to at least one full season.
• Pass a clean background check.
