Lead the implementation, evaluation and continual processes improvement Team for R&D
** Key Responsibilities
** Support implementation of value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment: where appropriate, provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed)  Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team, Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT (matrix organization and FSP)  Secondary support for cross R&D business related issues  Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow-up  Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews)  R&D new training liaison
** Skills and Experience Required
** 10+ years in R&D operations, business support  Strong coordination skills    Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams   Experience in data driven process improvement   Established and credible experience in project management  Working  knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals
** Qualifications and Education Required
** Bachelors in science, operations, or business-related field##
