Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a strategic SHE Training Manager to define and govern the national training framework. You will shape capability, drive behavioural improvement and ensure compliance across 3,600+ colleagues. This hybrid role leads external provider governance and a digital learning roadmap.
You will own the LMS, develop blended learning and apprenticeships, and report on KPI performance to Senior SHE leadership, aligning with NOS and MPA standards.
