EY is seeking a UK Benefits Manager to shape and deliver our benefits and financial wellbeing strategy. You will work across reward, pensions, wellbeing and talent to create value for people and strengthen EY's employee value proposition.
You will lead market reviews, use data to inform decisions, manage external providers, and build strong stakeholder partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Legal and Risk. This hybrid role reports to the UK&I Benefits Lead.
