Landscaping Supervisor

Our client is a well-established and growing landscaping company delivering high-quality projects across the South East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our landscaping team and play a key role in delivering premium work.

You will be responsible for leading on-site landscaping projects, managing a small team, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading a team on-site
• Delivering both hard and soft landscaping projects, including:
• Paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, resin driveways
• Turfing, planting, groundwork, operation of construction plant
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Managing materials, tools, and day-to-day site organisation
